1. General Conditions

Perfect Limo provides transportation services subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method.
  • Prices may vary based on trip distance, vehicle type, event type, and time of day.
  • Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, extra stops, waiting time, or damages.
  • A deposit may be required for special events such as weddings, proms, or party bus rentals.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window will receive a refund, excluding non-refundable deposits.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full trip cost.
  • Specialty vehicles such as party buses and stretch limos may have stricter cancellation policies.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • Alcohol consumption is allowed only for passengers of legal drinking age.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by their actions.

5. Delays & Liability

  • Perfect Limo is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
  • Lost or personal items left in the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

6. Safety

  • Seat belts must be worn when available.
  • The chauffeur has full authority to terminate service if passenger behavior compromises safety.

7. Vehicle Substitution

If the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or emergencies, Perfect Limo may provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.

8. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Perfect Limo collects customer information solely for booking and service purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery.

10. Governing Law

All services and agreements with Perfect Limo are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise stated.
